3-Day Course – Deeper Processing + Certificate
Would you like to truly internalize these themes and integrate
them on a deeper level?
If so, the 3-day course is the best choice for you.
Over the course of three days, we will explore all five themes,
with plenty of time for practice, reflection, and integration.
You will have more time to feel, practice, and truly master the
tools.
On days 1 and 2, you will go on two walks—one in the morning
and one in the afternoon. On the third day, you will take the
final walk early in the morning.
Upon completion, you will receive an official certificate from
Inner Spirit Hikers.

Accommodation and meals are not included!

If you wish, you can add a crossing of the Ponte 516 suspension bridge on the final day of the course—a wonderful way to conclude the experience. You will complete a final exercise based on an affirmation while on the bridge, extending the last day of the course by approximately one hour.
